Mental journeys or hypnosis are suggestions and ideas without a critical authority on our thinking. Trust is the basic requirement for a successful meeting. In a hypnosis session you can freely decide whether you want to get involved in your inner image or not.

In the hypnotic so-called alpha or theta state you can hear me at any time, you can move and also open your eyes. It is like looking out of the train window and not realizing that you have already reached your destination. These are everyday light trance depths, in which a lot is made conscious of our subconscious and provide healing insights, visions, solutions and ideas. It enables us to dive deeper into topics, without strong emotions such as fear or anger endangering or even threatening us and thereby blocking us. In the hypnotic state, our brain knows that we are safe. Thanks to different techniques of behavioral psychology, chirological hand analysis, meditation, hypnosis, wingwave method, non-violent communication, working with the inner child, mindfulness training, nature rituals and aerial yoga exercises, I can accompany you professionally in your transformation without judging.

My love for nature taught me specially developed techniques, which I can use most successfully, especially outdoors in direct connection with the various elements. My experience is that in the great nature it is easier to switch off, to connect with yourself and to experience mindfulness.

A mentoring session typically lasts 60–90 minutes and can only be completed as part of one of my mentoring programs.

The duration of a mentoring program depends on the scope and depth of the topic to be worked on. My mentoring programs are based on a process that takes place over several weeks. You will receive close support and, in addition to our meetings, I will provide you with tasks and exercises for self-coaching.

A program lasts approximately 4–5 weeks, during which you will gradually gain new perspectives, develop solutions, and sustainably integrate personal goals into your daily life.
